Description

The developement of the Ram Brewery site on the river Wandel in Wandsworth generated two hangers full of reclaimed teak, copper and slate. The materials had originally been used in the fermenting tanks at the brewery. Working with the artist Tania Kovats and in partnership Big Soda, we built three hop planters. Each planter incorporated a 6m tall Corten and steel rope frame, structurally engineered by Godber & Co, to allow the hops to grow to their full potential (Photo credit I Glover)
